The Philippine Commission on Elections has officially declared Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) standard-bearer Vetellano Acosta a nuisance candidate and barred him from seeking the presidency.

"He's now disqualified. He has refrained from campaigning and refused to provide information about himself, and ignored proceedings of the commission,".
